History

Bluestar's Prophecy

Stormtail first appears visiting his kits, Bluekit and Snowkit. He feels very awkward around them, but remarks that they look better with their eyes open and that they would make great warriors. Then he leaves to share prey with Pinestar, the ThunderClan leader.

Stormtail is up for attacking WindClan when blood is found on the border. Pinestar decides not to attack, causing objections from fellow warriors in his clan.

He congratulates his kits when they become Apprentices, giving them praise.

He seems confindent that ThunderClan would win the battle against WindClan, training Dappletail. He tells Bluepaw and Snowpaw that he's sure that they'd win. During the battle, Stormtail is seen helping Dappletail fight off. He is unaware of Moonflower being killed a distance away. Back at the camp, he doesn't know Moonflower is dead until her vigil.

Later, when Bluepaw is training with Goldenpaw, Bluepaw accidentally unsheathes her claws. She slits Goldenpaw's ear. Stormtail tells the apprentice that she was lucky not to have come back with anymore scratches then just a torn ear.

For the rest of the book, Stormtail appears in patrols and meetings. When Snowfur is killed by the Monster, he is seen when Thistleclaw begins to accuse Bluefur. He pushes him away, saying that he isn't helping.
